Welcome to the official ICT Portal of The Redeemed Christian Fellowship, FUTA Chapter. This Code of Engagement outlines the expectations and standards for interacting with and using the platform responsibly.
1. Purpose of the ICT Portal
The ICT Portal exists to:
- Facilitate accurate and structured documentation.
- Improve communication and organization among members.
- Provide easy access to essential resources, events, and tools.
- Uphold order, accountability, and digital excellence within the fellowship.
2. Who Can Use the Platform
This portal is designed for:
- General Members
- Workers
- Executive Members
- Unit Heads & Sub-Heads
- Past Executives (Archive Access)
Unauthorized users are strictly prohibited from accessing internal features of the portal.
3. Personal Conduct
All users are expected to:
- Conduct themselves with integrity, humility, and Christlike behavior.
- Avoid using the platform to spread false information, gossip, or engage in slander.
- Respect the digital space and the people who use it.
4. Accurate Information
You are required to:
- Submit accurate, honest, and complete information.
- Avoid impersonating other users or submitting data on someone else's behalf without permission.
- Update your information promptly if it changes.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
- Sensitive information (e.g., unit rosters, executive data, reports) must not be shared outside the fellowship.
- Screenshots, exports, or third-party sharing of internal content is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
- All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Respect for Authority & Leadership
- All users must respect decisions and communications from the ICT Unit, Executives, and Coordinators.
- Avoid bypassing proper digital channels. Feedback and suggestions should be sent through the appropriate forms or emails (e.g.,
ict@rcffuta.com).
7. Reporting Issues
You are encouraged to report:
- Technical issues
- Misuse of the portal
- Security concerns
- Broken features or incorrect information
Please use the official feedback form or contact the ICT Unit directly.
8. Misuse & Disciplinary Measures
Violations of this Code of Engagement may result in:
- Revoked access to specific parts of the portal
- Reports sent to appropriate fellowship leadership
- Formal disciplinary actions by the RCF FUTA executive body
